A home is a total loss after a fire broke out Thursday morning in northeast Oklahoma City. The fire was reported shortly after 7 a.m. at a home near Northeast 28th Street and North Kelley Avenue. Firefighters found an abandoned building with closed windows and doors and flames coming from the house. Authorities said they found no one inside the house. They also determined that utilities were not hooked up to the house.
