Koi Nation Partners with Chickasaw Nation as Developer and Operator of Shiloh Casino & Resort in California
SANTA ROSA, Calif., January 24, 2022 /PRNewswire/ — The Koi Nation of Northern Californiaone of California federally recognized historic Native American tribes, signed a predevelopment agreement with Global Gaming Solutions (GGS), a company wholly owned by Chickasaw Nation of Oklahomato engage as a development partner of Koi for its project Shiloh Casino & Resort at Sonoma County. GGS will also act as the manager and operator of the facility when completed.

The Chickasaw Nation also operates nearly 200 additional highly successful businesses, giving it a wide range of business expertise that makes it the perfect partner to develop and manage the Shiloh Resort & Casino.

About the project
The Shiloh Casino & Resort will include a facility of 2,500 Class III gaming machines, a 200-room hotel, six restaurants and dining spaces, a meeting center and spa, and a live entertainment venue at the cutting edge technology. The property will employ over 1,100 full-time workers when fully operational.
