Then she was taken to a hotel room where a suspect and two other people took nude photos of her and uploaded them to a prostitution website.

“There were so many safeguards that were supposed to be in place but didn’t work. This girl was sexually assaulted in a hotel room for several nights, so every time she could have been saved it would have been better,” said Zeke Fortenberry, the family’s attorney.

The lawyer said the teenager’s father tipped off police at the game when he realized she was missing. Then he was told to report it to the North Richland Hills police, since that’s where he lives, and told to go home.
