City of Davis Achieves Oklahoma Film Friendly Certification – Daily Ardmoreite

DAVIS, OKLA. – The Oklahoma Film+Music Office (OF+MO), in conjunction with the City of Davis and the Davis Chamber of Commerce, is proud to announce that the city has achieved film friendly certification after meeting the requirements from OF+MO’s Oklahoma movie Friendly Community Program.

“We are thrilled to be included in the Oklahoma Film Friendly community program. We believe that with all that our community has to offer the film industry, this would be an incredible opportunity not only for filmmakers, but also for our community,” said Davis Chamber of Commerce Executive Director, Monica Popkess.

Located in scenic south-central Oklahoma amidst the Arbuckle Mountains, the town of Davis is filled with breathtaking scenery and locations and is home to Turner Falls Park, home to one of the largest waterfalls in the world. state water. Davis has previously hosted production for independent feature films “Heartland”, “The Veil”, “Afterwalker” and the upcoming “Model House”.
